Responsibilities:

1. Document management of GMO
2. Internal & external meeting support (including meeting agenda & facility preparation/meeting invitation/meeting minutes/actions follow up etc.)
3. Travel support for GM and other GMO guests (including generating travel plan including hotel/accommodation/transportation etc,)
4. Liaison between GM and staff on information pass and follow-up action items to achieve the company target
5. Liaison with other companies of the whole globe/external cooperators
6. Assist GM to organize special company event/project when necessary
7. Assist GM to prepare presentations, reports and business communication letters
8. Assist GM to establish a positive government relationship
9. Other tasks as assigned by GM

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree and above
2. At least 5 years work experience in related position, manufacture industry is preferred
3. Fluent English or French
4. Excellent communication and execution skills
5. Excellent pressure and time management skills
6. High confidentiality sense
