Client Service and Payment Officer - Chongqing

Responsibilities:
-Good understanding of payment procedures, local regulations and regulatory reporting requirements
-Ensures sustainable growth through enhancing customers satisfaction and/or key initiatives that will deliver future value
-Has good understanding of corporate account opening and payment processes, as well as the documents compliance checking processes
-Competitiveness in customer service
-Prepares regulatory reports efficiently and accurately
-Pays customer visits professionally

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree from recognized universities
-2-3 years of related banking experiences, accounting knowledge preferable
-Attention to details
-Good customer service and communication skills
-Ability to work autonomously as a team member of a support group
-Ability to set clear achievable goals, set priorities and meet deadlines
