Job Description
To co-ordinate plant wide safeties trainings, drills and perform emergency response when emergency situation arise. Investigate all accident/incidents, and co-ordinate all safety related issue with Eng/FAC...etc departments.
-To record incident and follow up inter-departments' investigations.
-To perform site audits, such as contractors working environments and demeanors, and Fab areas ESH.
-To understand the emergency response teams response procedures and to participate in the response training.
-To assist and supervise emergency response training of engineering departments, quarterly and annually.
-To perform incident commander training.
-To perform new comers fire fighting trainings.
-Planning of each departments quarterly drills, surprise drills.
-Promote the fire, odor and safety related issued to MFGs.
-To maintain the emergency response OI and procedures.
-Report recorded accidents to all Fabs safety committee meeting.
-To host all kinds of external audits, such as insurance company, ISO or OHSAS audits.
-Signoff the gas alarm system isolation permits.
-External contractor audits.
-Participate in accident recovery.
-Create emergency response engineering specs. Such as fire alarm system, gas alarm system, CCTV, SCBA, Compressor...etc.

Requirements
-College and above in mechanical/chemical/electrical/environmental/ electronic/ safety or fire protection engineering.
-0-3 years experience in ESH fields.
-Good core competencies on Customer Service Oriented, Communication skills, Teamwork spirit, Proactive, Pursue Excellence, innovation & Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
