主要职责：
1、根据策划案和原型效果图独立完成网站产品网页设计，具有良好的网页布局、色彩运用能力；
2、与技术、编辑、销售等部门配合，高效率高质量地完成各类网站的设计制作工作；
3、根据产品策划案给出设计角度的最佳实现方案，并可提出优化建议。
岗位要求：
1、具有同岗位工作经验两年以上；
2、精通Div、CSS、Javascript、XHTML等静态页面技术；
3、精通photoshop、flash、dreamweaver、熟练掌握coreldraw、Illustrator等网页设计和平面设计软件；能熟练使用flash制作网站的各类动画，懂AS2.0代码者优先考虑；
4、对网站开发和网站运营项目的规划有一定经验，有较强的用户体验，在设计中能够充分考虑用户体验；
5、有较强的美术功底和设计能力，对商业需求有敏感的把握和表现能力。
