主要职责:

1- 与 SQA共同对不合格 来料进行分析和处理。

2- 负责质量内审 中不符合项 的分析和改进

3- 负责解决生产中出现的质量事故

4- 检查生产启动及 首末 件程序是否被遵守

5- 根据过程能力研究的要求，确保所有收集 的数据完整和正确

6- 定期检查POYA-YOKA审核是否被执行，并确保数据的完整

7- 检查和确保测量及 控制装置标识 的有效 性

8- 及时更新质量提醒

知识技能：

资格:

1- 熟悉SPC及统计工具的应用

2- 熟悉问题解决及质量工具的应用，例如8D,控制图 、柏拉图等

工作及教育经历

1- 至少2年质量或技术相关工作经验

2- 大学本科，化学、机械或材料专业
