岗位职责

1、负责公司内、外部文书处理：负责集团公司相关资料文件的接收、装订、传阅、送签；负责集团公司内的复印、传真、打印等工作。

2、协助办公室进行相关会议的组织，并做好记录：负责会议的记录和整理；负责会议场所的安排与布置；负责会议的服务工作及相关活动的安排；负责会议相关资料的编印。

3、协助做好公司的接待工作：协助负责公司来访人员的接待，包括外事活动的组织、接待工作；协助办公室负责公司相关公共关系的建立和保持。

4、协助做好其它各项工作：协助做好公司印签的使用与管理，并做好用印的登记，以备查。

5、协助档案管理员做好档案管理工作。

6、党务、宣传工作

7、完成交办的其它各项工作。

任职要求

1、本科以上学历，党员；

2、有党务，行政工作经验，有文笔经验

3、有组织、协调、执行力，工作认真踏实，能吃苦耐劳；

4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
