Position Overview: 职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above major in die design/Mechanical related;

本科以上学历，模具设计/制造或机械制造专业；

2. Min. 3 years working experience in die design or manufacturing;

3年以上相关工作经历；

3. Good knowledge and experience of automotive sheet metal forming die and part;

良好的汽车板材冲压模具和产品知识和经验；

4. Experience of using related CAD and Forming simulation software, like UG, CATIA, AUTOFORM etc.

熟练使用相关CAD软件，如UG，CATIA，AUTOFORM等；

5. Good communication and coordinating skill;

具备良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；

6. Good understanding of GD&T;

精通形位置公差及工程制图等基本知识；

7. Be familiar with stamping process and solutions for stamping defects;

熟悉冲压成形工艺及常见产品缺陷的解决方法；

8. Effective communications skills in English,both written and oral;

良好的英语沟通能力；

9. Good teamwork

具有团队合作精神。

Qualification:职位描述

1. Stamping process development;

对冲压件进行工艺分析；

2. Be responsible for die repairing review, timing follow up and buyoff;

模具维修方案审核、进度跟踪以及模具验收工作；

3. Cooperate with team to control supplier manufacturing process and delivery;

配合项目小组对相关零件的生产过程和交货进度实施监控；

4. Cooperate with team to do potential die and stamping supplier audit in terms of risk and cost;

对潜在模具和冲压件供应商风险评估、价格审核和成本控制；

5. Create and maintain open issue for die and stamping parts, work with team to follow up and resolve issues.

编制模具以及冲压件开发的问题清单，并和团队一起合作跟踪并解决这些问题。

6. Compile and update related stamping process documents;

编制和更新相关工艺文件。

7. Assasiting Engineering DEPT to buyoff die.
