职位描述

· 在工作生产中保证质量和数量

· 员工训练

· 适宜的生产时刻表

· 通过使用可追溯的系统区标注材料

· 准确记录报废的数量

· 报告有问题的机械并根据所需，要求工具室和维修部门的帮助

· 并要马上进行维修和保养

· 对员工的表现进行评估

· 了解明白并能应用D.D.I和员工管理宪章

· 一般的内务管理

· 各部门间保持积极的沟通

操作者的正面反馈和意见需提倡和鼓励

· 确保只有受过训练和有资格证书的员工才能操作机器和设备

指导工人的安全， 包括个人保护设备的使用， 维持适当的现场管理， 能识别不安全的工作状况

· 实施公司安全条例， 有违规需通知主管

· 按时检查工作场所

· 在员工会议和部门/生产线会议上善于表达

参与事故/事件调查程序

· 根据公司员工手册的内容开展工作

· 提倡健康安全的执行工作

· 为工人的安全表现进行业绩评估

· 确保新员工在部门危险和设备的的安全操作时接受过培训的

Qqualification Rrequired：
· Bachelor's degree above.
· Good English skills written and verbal,
· Working knowledge of SPC charting and interpreting,
· 5 years or above experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferably)
· Previous A1 Teamleader or Supervisor experience,
· Knowledge of performing pre-shift safety checks,
· Effective organizational skills,
· Working knowledge of check fixtures, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators,
· Good knowledge of all assembly equipment,
· Occupational health and safety courses,
· Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer,
· Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
· Must be familiar with lock-out and safety procedures
· Must have good mechanical aptitude and strong trouble shooting skills.
Job Description：
· Employee training,
· Meet production schedules,
· Traceability of material through use of tagging system,
· Accurate scrap counts,
· Report problems with machines and request assistance from Toolroom/Maintenance as required, generate work orders as required
· Follow up repairs and maintenance,
· Know, understand, and apply the principals of D.D.I. and “Managing The Employee Charter”,
· Conduct Employee Performance Appraisals,
· General housekeeping,
· Maintain positive communication between departments,
· Encourage and promote positive feedback and suggestions from the operators,
· Ensure only trained, qualified Employees operate machinery and equipment
· Instruct workers in safety, including the use of personal protective equipment, maintain proper housekeeping, recognize unsafe work condition,
· Enforce company and safety rules, inform Supervisor of violations
· Perform regular workplace inspections,
· Conduct safety talks, staff meetings and department/line meetings,
· Be involved in accident/incident investigation programs.
· Ensure that new employees are trained on department hazards and safe operation of equipment,
· Correct or commend health and safety performance,
· Conduct performance appraisals for workers’ safety performance.
· Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
