岗位职责：

1、 负责公司红酒销售工作的独立开展：包括计划、组织、实施、进度控制等，确保销售目标的达成；

2、 市场开拓：独立开发管理新的客户或渠道合作者，并建立完善的客户信息库，确保有效达成公司经营目标，并不断提升公司营运能力和综合竞争力；

3、 组织责任：有效运用公司资源，注重团队合作，有效完成销售任务；

4、 综合能力：拥有成熟的销售技巧以及客户关系维护技巧，包括：前期开拓、中期执行、后期跟进；

5、 坚持公司所有政策，流程及商业道德。

2、 具备快速消费品（红酒优先）、奢侈品、或酒店行业销售经验，很强的独立开展工作及开拓市场的能力；

3、 较强的学习能力及创新能力，悟性高；

4、 学历不限，男性优先；
