¨ Perform variance analysis on plant costing, MEC reporting/bridges, and plan/forecast, budget modular/ data analysis maintenance.

¨ Develop and maintain a talented internal template for financial analysis.

¨ Coordinate development of standard cost to establish an acceptable base for measuring product cost, expense control, and plant performance

¨ Perform CCO analysis related to plant portion

¨ Perform CAR analysis related to plant CapEx.

¨ Support plant expense control and CI projects

¨ Help prepare presentations for company management, analyzes reports for variance problems.

¨ Co-ordinate Sales department to finish financial analysis for pricing.

¨ Prepare and offer financial report on time and accurate.

¨ Check work order processing figure by timely basis.

¨ Prepares periodic financial control/management reports

¨ Prepare annual statutory report.

¨ Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

¨ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major.

¨ Strong business sense and analytical thinking.

¨ Above four years relevant experience.

¨ Be fluent in oral and writing English and Mandarin.

¨ Knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP.

¨ Familiar with co. accounting practice & procedures and related acquirement.

¨ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point

¨ Responsible, self-motivated, capable to fulfill the duties under pressures and time limitation.

¨ Ability to perform responsibilities across functions and communicate and interact with others toward targets

¨ Good interpersonal communication, constant relationship with others outside the work group.
