Description:

This employee will be the lead finance person for the Chongqing branch, responsible for supervising the finance and IT functions, coordinating the functions with the Changzhou Finance Department, and providing finance support to the branch management and staff.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Supervises finance personal in the Chongqing branch, including accounting and IT.

2. Supports and performs accounting functions for the branch, done either in Changzhou or in Chongqing.

3. Supervises functions and requirements for treasury activities for the branch, including banking, loans, cash planning, cashier, and disbursements.

4. Supervises taxes for the branch, for reporting, compliance, payments, and relations

5. Prepares financial analysis for investment and business decisions for the branch.

6. Prepares financial and business presentations for management for the branch.

7. Develops and improves accounting and IT processes for the branch.

8. Represents and coordinates finance and IT communications and activities with the Changzhou Finance Department, and with the company Finance Manager.


Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree is accounting or equivalent education and experience.

2. Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, with some experience in treasury and financial analysis.

3. One to two years of supervisor experience.

4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, and good knowledge of other kinds of operational and financial systems for manufacturing.

5. An excellent communicator at all levels, with spoken and written English skills.

6. Willingness to be flexible and work a demanding schedule.

7. Goal oriented, and works well in a team environment
