职位描述：
1.SKILLS PROFILE
Qualifications and Experience:
-College degree with a major in IT Systems or General Engineering, plus a significant related experience；

Professional abilities:
-Open-mindedness, analytical and synthetic thinking, persuasion skills, ability to manage a team in order to achieve fixed targets and establish a strategic vision for the assigned area of responsibility, discretion, respect for confidentiality, effective interpersonal and communication skills to coach a team within an evolving environment, management skills, autonomy, rigor, writing skills;
-Proficiency in a English plus regional language is required.


2.MAIN MISSIONS
He ensures the implementation and deployment of IT Systems plan across the IT Department’s under his responsible.
Common：
-Ensures the management and mentoring of the assigned team;
-Manages and develops available resources in the assigned unit/department in compliance with IT systems plan;
-Acts as the privileged liaison of the Group IT Department throughout the implementation and deployment of Group projects with the assigned team;
-Manages, implements and ensures the coherence of action plans required for the completion of projects within her/his scope of expertise in order to achieve fixed targets;
-Contributes to the improvement of the Group IT department operations with sound proposals concerning the operating instructions and procedures;
-Establishes and respects the defined budget requirements;
-Manages and reports to senior management on KPIs across the assigned area of responsibility;
-Ensures the quality of services delivered to users and inspects the integrity/relevance of system developments;
-Responsible for the technology watch;
-Reports to senior management on expected results, compares them to expected targets and establishes, if required, the corrective action plan;.
