Major Job Responsibilities:

· Hunting, Prospecting and Selling for all E&S products, understand competitive business and market intelligence at the respective customer

· Negotiate price to win business

· Understand Power Maps, Decision Makers and build Relationships

· Support Multiple Customers, Some support are dual PBU

· Global lead or Regional Support Depending on the Customer

· Business Plan owners

· Gold and Blue Sheet Owners

· Voting Members gate reviews

· Primary attendees quote reviews and CIC

· Primary attendees Business Team Meetings (Former SMTs)

· Accountable for revenue attainment, forecasting, collectibles, and metrics, and overall Customer Management and Satisfaction

· Customer Executive Support when requested

· Administrative, career planning, HR interface

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree on engineering from major universities required.

· MBA preferred.

· At least 8 years' experience in China automotive-related engineering/manufacturing/business field.

· Demonstrated track record in automotive industry, preferably on the sales/marketing area.

· Relationship with major OEM customers.

· Strong communication capability, interpersonal skill, customer-oriented and strategic thinking.

· Good English and Chinese language capability.
