职位描述

Position

Work in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable key clients to effectively deliver their people plans.

Provide a proactive consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.

Provide HR Business Partner support to the key clients in the first instance and subsequently the additional responsibility of Unit Head in Winterthur key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plan e.g. performance management, absence management, recruiting etc.


Job responsibilities

· Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the client area

· Facilitate the creation of an implementation and communication plan into the local business area that achieves the agreed deliverables

· Outside of the people plans, identify short to mid-term people issues in partnership with key clients and support them with advice and expertise to resolve these matters.

· Contribute to the delivery of Key Performance Indicators of the business area

· Position of the role of Business Partner as an integral part of the client

management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing

and challenging the line management team on their personal style and the

development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of

the business area and HR strategies


· Provide project management support and HR expertise to the business with

specific related projects

· Proactively gain client feedback to aid HR functions improve service levels and

alert HR areas where an issue / project may impact on other areas


Organizational design

· Drive, influence, advice and support the cultural and people aspects of

organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives within the business area in order to improve business improvement initiatives within business area in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth

· Provide both transformational advice and transactional support (contracting in

services throughout HR where required) on change management initiatives, organizational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / redundancy situations) in order to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service


Job Requirement

· Bachelor or Master Degree, Engineering background preferred

· Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in HRM

· Working experience in China (at least Asia)

· Experience within an HR Business Partner role

· Experience with specific HR related tasks in the respective business area

· Experience of providing a Consultancy and Contracting service


Management Skills

· Experience in building-up an HR Organization in a growing business situation

· Proven experience in challenging and influencing the Status Quo and efficiently

manage organizational change in close cooperation with Senior managers

· Experience of implementing HR policies in line with business needs


Social Skills

· Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills

· Intercultural sensitiveness in order to balance different working methods
