工作职责
AAC Shenzhen Camera team is looking for a senior image quality expert to take charge of our Image Quality and User Experience activities.
You and your team will be responsible for our IQ laboratory measurements and Image Signal Processing (ISP) tuning for customer camera systems.
You know how image processing algorithms work and have plenty of experience coaching excellent image quality out of them.
You are familiar with color science and basic methods of cognitive psychology for assessing image quality. You understand the value of automation and can also produce code in Python, Matlab or LabView if needed.
You understand how various error sources accumulate in measurement and ISP systems and are able to work around the restrictions, producing consistently good results in all conditions.

Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience in camera image quality, including
? Laboratory measurements
? Image Signal Processing tuning methods and tools
? Industry experience: Mobile phones and/or Automotive
? Experience with Qualcomm and MediaTek image processing chains, chipsets and their tuning tools for mobile phones.
? Good understanding of Visual Image Quality, color science and cognitive science methods
? University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or Cognitive Psychology
? Programming and data analysis: Python, Matlab, LabView, R, MiniTab
? Languages Mandarin and English
? Team lead experience a plus
