1.色彩感觉好，精通Photoshop、sketchup等软件，具有一定建筑修养，对建筑的理解准确，建筑或艺术类等相关专业优先考虑
2.此职位需要有2年以上的相关经验，能独立完成一般的透视图鸟瞰图和总平图。
3.有规划，景观鸟瞰，园林景观效果图后期经验者优先；
4.图面清爽，富有感染力，有很好的美术功底和整体把握能力
5.有很好的理解和沟通能力，具有很强的责任心。
