任职资格：

1.拥有较强的沟通能力，丰富的商务谈判经验，懂得商务礼仪，具备良好的职业素养；

2.需具备一定的建筑设计行业相关工作经验，对建筑设计及其市场有一定的了解；

3.对于建筑、景观、商业市场有系统研究和分析能力，对市场敏感度高，有专业经验和研究方法；

4.具有一定的可利用的市场资源、人脉资源或政府关系资源者优先；

5.具备较强的部门管理、统筹能力及较强的业务开发能力；

6.熟练掌握office软件，擅长ppt制作。
