Description:

1. Strategic Initiatives
? Overseeing special projects and supporting strategic initiatives as directed by General Manager, China
? Timely and effective assistance is provided to General Manager, China to meet targets/objectives.
? Establishes, cultivates and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external constituencies in these efforts

2. Business Reporting
? Prepare and present reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners
? Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
? Provide necessary information/ data for decision making and business case development
? Project management (i.e. Sales campaign and NPS)
? Produce performance metrics and report for General Manager, China to better monitor and analyze business for prompt action for improvements.
? Proofreading documents for accuracy
? Other projects in support of General Manager, China as needed.
?
3. Marketing
? Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
? Inbound leads generation and qualify sales leads before passing on to business development team
? Monitoring competitor activities and generating inbound leads for products and services.
? Produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
? Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
? Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in the media press.
? Increase Isentia's brand visibility and equity by managing the production of marketing materials like newsletters and articles.
? Develop sales strategies that match customer requirements
? Getting involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote Isentia
? Plan and organize events, sponsorships, advertising, public relations and research to maximizing visibility at conferences and receptions.
? Attending key conferences

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant major;
? At least 3 years’ working experience in marketing department, F&B or advertising agency is preferred;
? Team work spirit and fluently in English (written/oral);
? Familiar with front-end tools, digital media, social media;
? Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented;
? Own a careful thinking analysis ability and analyze data by various software or tools;
? Effective time management and organizational skills;
? Strong English communication skills;
? Intelligent, flexible, positive attitude, and can work under high pressure.
