Job Description:
工作描述：
1. Support the sales team, responsible for the day-to-day orders, order recording.
支持销售团队，负责日常订单处理。
2. Responsible for the sales contract and other documents classified, sorting, archiving and preservation;
负责分类、整理、归档和保存销售合同及其他销售文件。
3. Collect, analyze sales data and report sales progress on a regular basis.
收集、分析销售数据，定期报告销售进度
4. Complete the other tasks assigned by sales director or Managing Director.
完成销售总监和总经理分配的其他任务
5. Assist sales managers in all kind of business related activities.
协助销售经理的各种商务相关活动
6. Prepare & maintain comprehensive Reports with details as per requested by sales managers.
准备销售经理的要求准备和维护详细的报告
7. Provide assistance & support to all sales related activities within the sales team.
为销售团队所有销售相关的活动提供协助和支持
8. Take care of inbound calls and record all inbound leads management.
负责公司呼入询价的记录和转接，维护呼入潜在客户管理系统
9. Coordinate with marketing people for all marketing related activities, including translation, traveling for seminars and exhibition
协助市场人员的市场活动，包括翻译、为研讨会和展会出差等

Requirements:
基本要求
1. College Degree with Commercial education;
大专以上，最好受过商业教育
2. Proficient WORD, EXCEL and other Office software;
精通word、excel和其他的办公软件
3. Out-going, strong language and communication skills, coordination and copywriting ability to express，
外向，很强的语言表达和沟通技巧；协调的文字表达能力
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and sense of service, have good communication skills and be a team worker;
有强烈的责任感和服务意识，有良好的沟通能力，有团队精神;
5. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
精通英语听、说、读、写
6. Work efficiently and be able to withstand certain work
能高效工作，能完成指定的工作任务
7. Above 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
最好有两年以上的相关工作经验
8. Basic knowledge with basic international trade, sales and marketing.
