Description

-Executes operational changes within areas such as packaging and container optimization

-Drive cost savings opportunities in the areas of packaging and container optimization

-Drive quality improvements in the areas of packaging and container optimization

-Provides vendor management support applying judgment and discretion.

-Support Social and Environmental policies / regulations in the areas of packaging.

-Scope is international, muliple products

-Supports process development with guidance.

-Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

-First level university degree or equivalent experience.

-Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills Required

-Mastery in English and local language

-Basic understanding of materials & distribution processes and functional contribution to business.

-Basic IT knowledge and skills (e.g., SAP and MS Office Suite).

-Good problem solving skills.

-Good communication skills (e.g. customer-facing qualities).
