Responsibilities
Assist Partners in business, accounting and tax consulting and compliance service
Plan and scope work, control, supervise and review work of staff on Tax and accounting engagements, business advisory projects, M&A project, international tax planning projects
Draft reports for partner review and report of findings to clients in a timely manner
Ensure compliance within the team with Company policies and quality/performance standards
Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation
Manage and supervise senior and junior staffs in day to day work
Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
Perform project management activities including: development and management of work plans, schedules and project budgets
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Work with client businesses throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging business performance improvement approaches and frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables

Requirements
Over 2 years' experience in consulting Company (Big4 experience or large corporation is a plus)
Strong knowledge of IFRS
In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations
Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
Strong consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and business development skills
Willing to travel
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, tax, accounting, fi***ce, law or other related disciplines
