职位描述：
1、 负责成本各环节的账务处理和会计核算，提交成本分析报告和优化建议；
 Responsible for various aspects of cost accounting and accounting report, cost analysis and optimization suggestions;
2、 管理应付、应收帐款，编制相关财务凭证；
The management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of relevant financial documents;
3、 执行和改进成本核算方法，协助完善业务流程；
Execution and improvement of cost accounting methods, to help improve the business process;
4、 参与成本控制管理制度设计和成本目标规划；
 Participate in cost control management system design and cost goal programming;
5、 存货盘点管理和相关固定资产管理；
 Inventory management and fixed assets management;
6、 协助经理完成年成本预算编制、执行反馈和分析；
Assist manager to complete the annual cost budget, implement feedback and analysis;
7、 负责定期编制和申报相关成本、统计和税务等报表。
  Responsible for the preparation and reporting of relevant costs, statistics, tax and other reports.
要求：
1、 财务、会计专业中专以上学历，持有会计证或者具备注册会计师资格；
Finance, accounting professional secondary education, holding accounting certificate or have the qualification of certified public accountant;
2、 有成本核算、财务会计等相关工作经历者优先；
Cost accounting, financial accounting and other related work experience is preferred
3、 熟悉会计报表的处理，会计法规和税法，熟练使用财务软件；
Familiar with accounting statements, accounting regulations and tax laws, familiar with financial software;
4、 良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力；
Good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability;
5、 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

As a comprehensive hotel, catering, conference, hotel, KTV, sauna and officing service are all contained in.
