The main roles and responsibility :
角色与职责
1. Comply with the requirements of the company regulation
        遵守公司管理规定；
2. Following laboratory procedure to conduct work
        按照实验室的工作程序作业；
3. Be responsible for the management of measuring instruments, fixture
        负责公司测量仪器、检具的管理；
4. Participate in product audit according to annual plan
       根据年度计划参与产品审核；
5. According to the test specification/product quality standards to conduct testing
        按测试规范/产品质量标准进行测试；
6. Take part in new program development, developing review control plan, quality standards.
        参与新项目开发开发和评审控制计划、质量标准；
7. Handling Non-conformance material (Raw material, WIP, Finish Good).
        不合格品处理．（包括原材料，半成品及成品）
8. Drive to close the abnormality report released by QC.
        处理QC异常报告单问题直至解决．
9. Weekly/Monthly FTQ summarize and figure out Top issue. Drive team to solve to close.
        每周／每月FTQ汇总，分析主要问题,组织小组分析解决问题．
10. Resolve the customer return to close. Summarize the return from customer and take action to improve it.
        解决客户投诉问题，针对顾客退货产品汇总，分析原因采取措施．
11. Quality system compliance product audit/Process Audit.
        根据计划完成产品/过程审核．
12. Organize the Failure Analysis Meeting for the main quality issues, and use of quality tools to organize the failure analysis.
       组织团队对主要不良问题解决．
13. Modify and maintain documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Quality control sheet.
       质量文件定期更新．
14. Support system audit TS16949/ISO14000.
        支持系统审核TS16949/ISO14001.．
15. Use chemicals as required
        按要求使用化学品；
16. Waste classified storage as required
        按要求进行废弃物分类存放；
17. Complete the related tasks assigned by supervisor.
        完成主管安排的相关任务。

- Basic requirement:
1. Be familiar with 2D, 3D software
        能使用2D, 3D等相关软件；
2. College degree, major in machinery, measurement, etc
       机械、测量等大专以上学历 ；
3. Can use the CMM and other related measuring tool
       能使用CMM等相关测量工具；
4. Has the certain English reading and writing ability, the ability of reading and reporting.
