定义每个生产主管及QCDP目标（目标和实际状态的比对）：PPM、PPH、FTT、OEE、旷工、事故数量及改进建议

Identity each SV(QCDP) targets (target VS actual): PPM, PPH, FTT, OEE, Absence, Safety and Improve ideals

对人力资源进行管理以达目标：调控人员总量（员工数量、班组数量），优化设备的利用率（OEE）

Manage man power and achieved targets: employees (operators & teams), optimize equipment efficiency(OEE)

出现问题进行反应：及时采取遏制措施，快速有效组织团队并建立行动方案等

Re-action: Interim action taken timely, setup team & take Permanent action quickly & efficiency

推动团队建设及解决存在的问题，领导问题解决小组: 5S，Lean，TPM，SMED，质量基本要素，问题跟踪与改善

Team building & Issue solving, lead team for 5S,Lean,TPM,SMED,Quality base & issue tracking(QRCI)

建立及符合生产部的生产制造费用预算，每月报表/报告。

Ensure & Control Budget for production department, and preparing monthly reports.

确保新产品投产的准备就绪（准备生产线、团队培训、定义目标、规模调整等）

Guarantee new program launch ready on time(production line, training, targets setting &operator planning)

指导生产主管工作，支持及帮助他们如何更好地解决问题，并指导生产主管将他们70%的时间用于改进活动

Coach SV , support & help them to find better solutions, and guiding SV how to take 70% work time focus on work floor improve.

参与员工的选用及招聘，正确评价员工，重视个人表现：提升建议及加薪；参与决定过程

Employee recruit & identified, evaluation, and following up personal performance; advice for promotion & salary increase,

and make decision for relative matters

制订培训计划以提高团队自我管理能力，确保培训团队的每名成员

Training plan, actions for improve self-manage ability for the team, training covered all team members.

评价团队的年度绩效，并提出员工发展规划

Annually team performance evaluation，and make develop plan for employee

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.

本科或更高学历，工程专业尤佳。

2、Over 6 years work experience in manufacturing field

在制造领域有6年以上的工作经验

Automotive experience in seating components environment highly desired.

汽车行业座椅部件方面的经验尤佳
