职位描述：
1. 业务报表制作
1)统计并上报总公司电销每日、周、月销售情况、销售人员活动量考核情况，免险赠送情况，确保数据及时、准确地提供给相关部门及业务一线，全方位了解分公司电销每日经营动态.
2)根据总公司要求统计分公司电销月度销售情况，制作并按时提交分公司电销月结报表.
3）协助总公司相关人员提供所需分公司及各合作项目的业务数据.
4）根据各合作项目现场负责人的要求可以独立制作现场业绩追踪报表，以便销售主管和销售人员有效追踪保单，从而及时拉小实际和计划的差距，不断提醒最终销售团队完成目标.
5)根据各项目及SH东区或总公司的XW/CEO杯等竞赛方案制作业绩追踪表，阶段性作达成情况的追踪和统计，为团队激励活动提供决策支持.
2. 数据及专案管理
1）关注数据使用问题并上报和处理.
2）及时复核数据修改申请表，并执行数据修改操作.3. 成本及预算追踪Cost & budget tracking
根据总公司渠道的要求制作电销各类渠道财务报表，如成本报表，费用预提报表等，必要时期需作好预算申请，追踪并落实总、分公司费用、预算的执行情况.
4. 由主管交待的其他事宜。
岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历；
2. 熟悉呼叫中心行业，3年以上工作经验；
3. 熟悉报表制作及数据分析，2年以上工作经验；
4. 具有统计经验；
5. 具有IT工作经验，熟悉数据库操作。 举报 分享
