Principal Accountabilities

1.Consulting with line managers to ensure that the HR plan is linked to business strategy, and correct KPI's are in place to measure progress across all locations.

2.Supporting line managers throughout the rapid growth and structural development of the business.

3.Ensuring that employees are aligned and engaged to the business strategy through counteractive employee relations.

4.Providing advice to HR staff and line managers on HR process/policies, employment law and employee relations procedures, to ensure problems resolved in a professional manner and at the lowest level.

5.Ensuring an appropriate manpower plan is executed that to meet the business needs, that gaps are meet quickly and efficiently and practices are in place to ensure greatest utilization.

6.Ensure that the company has appropriate training plans flowing from appraisal and strategic training needs, and that need are met quickly and efficiently.

7.Work with managers to ensure that reward packages meet business and employee requirements.

Ensure that effective HR processes, are developed and maintained and are compliant with guidelines and legislation.

Reqiurements:

1.University degree required, knowledge of Human Resource management

2.3-5 years management experience in HR function preferably in a manufacturing environment

3.Proven leadership and influencing skills

4.Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

5.Able to influence and motivate others

6.Fluency in English, both spoken and written
