职位概要
Summary
To be responsible for both of the material and products inspection and relate test, ensure that the suppliers had provided correct material (with certificates and material inspection reports) and confirm the products are according to RFQ, Manage the measurement tool been utilized with qualification and maintained in time

职责
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for all material inspection of test orders and production orders, e.g.:
? Tensile and bend testing
? Macro and micro metallography
? Dimensional and mechanical control
- Inspection & testing instructions and procedures.
- Execute in-house inspection & testing with SCAP equipment based on inspection & testing instructions and procedures.
- Implement properly maintain for all in-house measure equipment and tools
- Execute external inspection & testing, ensure that external inspection & testing is done in a timely manner as well as meeting SCAP’s inspection & testing requirements.
- Together with Production planning ensure that inspection & testing is meeting planned delivery dates of customer orders and that solid routines are implemented between Production and Inspection.
- Participate in customer order evaluation (before acceptance of customer order), in order to ensure that SCAP can meet customer requirements regarding material inspection & testing.

Post Qualification & skills
Educated to Bachelor degree level or equivalent in Material technician
3 years working experience in relevant field (preferably in aluminium industry or other metal industry)
Good Teamwork ability;
Good at Communication and Coordination;
Detailed and Analytical;
Customer Focused;
Continuous Learning and Improvement
Good at English, both reading & writing ，basically speaking and listening

Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products (Chongqing) Co. Ltd. (SCAP) is a joint venture of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) and Sapa Group, the world’s largest aluminum extrusion company which both parties takes 50% shareholdings. It was established on 28th, June, 2011. SCAP develops competitive solutions within car body modules, exterior products and floor panels based on aluminum profiles, including extrusion, heat treatment, Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and machining. We are contributing to a safer (high strength in car body) and more energy-efficient (light weight in car body) rail transportation system building up.
