Accountabilities

1. 有责任帮助销售同事，提供销售过程中所需要的所有产品、技术类文件，用来帮助销售达成业绩。
Help sales person to achieve the sales target through providing all kinds of professional technical files.

2. 有责任对销售同事提供专业的工业或者车用产品培训，提供有价值的销售工具，提高其产品知识，促进销售。
Responsibility of Providing IO or AO product deeply technical trainings and valuable sales tools to the sales person to enhance his technical ability,expand their business smoothly.

3. 作为市场一线人员，有责任收集竞争对手信息，产品应用信息，市场发展信息，OEM和行业信息等，并及时反馈给公司相关部门，如IODD，PQL，LineM，HQ .
As a coordinator between customer & company, Collect IO product application information,competitor info, different segment market development info,and OEM info etc, submit them to related department,such IODD,PQL,HQ,Marketing,even Headquater etc.

4. 有责任按照公司整体产品战略对新产品以及高端工业油或者车油产品的销售提供专业性的指导意见和应用方案，并有责任在各自不同的区域内，指导销售拓展该产品。
Follow closely company’s industrial oil stagey, Coaching sales to push Niche product & new product and important segment product’s development.

5. 需要独自解决来自于客户的产品咨询，技术答疑等问题，展现公司技术服务的专业性。Resolve product require, technical query from customer and distributor and provide suggestion to them separately ,show well image of excellent service.

6. 在各自区域提供现场技术服务，来帮助客户解决应用问题
Field visit to resolve application questions.

7. 有责任和工业客户的OEM制造商，研究院,大学等机构建立联系，帮助公司取得OEM产品认证Keep well relationship between with OEM and IO related institute, college, if it is possible, Try to get OEM approval.

8.有责任代表公司技术人员出席展览以及论坛会议等，提升公司行业形象。
As a technical person, participate Industrial exhibition, Symposium and segment seminar, and if possible, should give product presentation to enhance company image.

Qualifications / experience required

1. College or Above
2. Strong technical or technical service or product research background
3. Minimum 5 years work experience in lubricant industry experience, chemicals or mechanical will be a plus.
4. Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels
5. Excellent communication and expression skills.
6. Team work player, can work independently.
7. Excellent communication and expression skills.
8. Both Good in English and Mandarin ,French is a plus
9. Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent
10.Ability to work in team within a matrix system and under great pressure
