职位描述
1.管理整个健身中心。提前计划，组织大型的推广活动。确保员工能随时为客人提供高标准的服务。确保健身设备状态良好，干净整洁。
To manage all aspects of Fitness Department. To plan, organize and proactively promote an extensive range of events and activities. To ensure that all Team Members are suitably prepared to offer the very best standards of service to the guests. To ensure that the facilities are in the best possible state of repair and cleanliness. To design, implement, monitor and maintain service initiatives and administrative system to be creative.
2.关注客人满意及忠诚度调查系统的结果，及时传达给员工，根据结果进行培训分析。保证一直对客人满意及忠诚度调查的高度关注 。
To monitor SALT (Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking System) results, communicate them to the teams, and use them for training needs analysis. To ensure that SALT results are as high as possible on a consistent basis.
