2、 招募渠道管理

积极开拓并建立有效的招募渠道，定期汇报进展情况。

维护分公司招募渠道，定期组织会议，保持或增加招聘能力。

3、 招募面试技巧培训和指导。

对招募部成员进行面试技巧培训。

指导招募部成员对不同阶段的候选人进行追踪与评估。

对销售管理职进行面试技巧培训。

4、 招聘流程管理

选择面试工具，审核面试流程的执行情况，并汇总反馈。

5、 招募渠道推动方案的制定和追踪，费用的核算和管理。

6、 自建招募团队管理

自建招募团队的日常管理和绩效考核。

自建招募团队的费用核算和管理。

7、参与销售人员Turnover分析和行动计划制定、实施与跟踪。

8、配合总公司各项目分配的工作。

9、主管交代的其他事项。

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历

2. 人力资源或招聘岗位5年以上工作经验，2年以上的管理经验，有呼叫中心工作经验优先。

3. 熟悉学校，中介公司，招聘会，网络招聘等招聘渠道。

4. 反映灵敏，思路开阔，业务敏感行强，能及时预见合作风险和分析合作利弊；

5. 人际交往能力强，优秀的文字、以及口头表达能力；

6. 持续的学习能力和宽广的知识面，具有较强的抗压能力；

7. 具有较强的信息与资源应用能力及团队领导力，具有一定的分析及决策能力.
