岗位职责
1.负责领导的办公服务、日常工作、差旅行程协调及安排；
2.负责领导交办的会务组织安排、起草会议材料，并纪录、整理办公会议纪要，对决议事项进行督办和落实；
3.协助安排领导各项重要商谈、接待工作；
4.配合领导处理外部公共关系，必要时协助应对各种紧急事务；
5.负责工作文档收发及管理，并承担保密义务；
6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格
1.限***，25-35岁，全日制本科及以上学历；
2.能适应经常性出差；
3.具有较强的计划、组织、协调、沟通及公文撰写能力；
4.具有责任心、服务意识；
5.机械相关专业、英语熟练、有海外留学及工作经历优先。
