Objective of the Position
? For new projects RFQ stage, provide manufacturing analysis and concept for new project quotation based on product proposal.
? Work as owner of ME activities during new projects launch in plants
? Work as muffler expert in EETS , as counterpart of COC Muffler in NK
? Maintaining and improve process efficiency in plants
Accountabilities
The position incumbent ensures, that
? Fast responding to new projects RFQ quotations
? Developing and setting up manufacturing system and ensuring the projects flawless launch on time
? Develop EETS muffler capability, align with JE COC Muffler
? Fast responding to problem solving, Maintaining and improvement of process efficiency
? For new projects RFQ stage, provide manufacturing analysis and concept for new projects quotation based on product proposal.
? Work as owner of ME activities during new projects launch in plants:
a. Develop manufacturing process for new projects by Eberspaecher standard manufacturing analysis and concept tool (SMAC)
b. Work close with Eberspaecher Euro counterpart, make sure EETS manufacturing process align with Eberspaecher global standard.
c. New equipment, tooling, fixtures, gages SOR for sourcing, and manufacturing system qualification and set up in plant for projects launch.
? Work close with NK COC muffler team, develop EETS muffler capability and support new projects as muffler expert in EETS
? Maintain and improve process efficiency, and fast response of problem solving
? Able to travel as required
Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering
? Prefer Welding Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3-5 years working experience in automotive components manufacturing industry
? Have muffler process in exhaust system will be a plus
? Knowledge of Quality systems such as ISO14001, ISO9001, TS16949, VDA6.3 and tools
? Team player, Good communication, Active
? Good English in both oral and written
? MS Office software is required
? Experience in exhaust system industry will be a plus 举报 分享
