4 熟悉互联网或软件产品整体实现过程，包括从需求分析到产品发布
5 根据公司的整体营销策略，进行运营管理
6 探索运营管理模式，制定和编写管理制度、流程等
7 负责制订、执行运营中的销售计划，并确保完成各项销售指标
8 对所负责部门或区域的运营进行有效的指导及培训
9 负责运维规划、方案撰写、实施以及文档整理等工作
10 为内部其他部门提供数据、技术支持、帮助公司领导层对运营状况做出分析 举报 分享
