Job Responsibilities:
1. Design future state solutions which leverage development technology, robotic process automation, workflows, and platforms, to improve the efficiency and quality of a client’s end to end business process, while meeting the client’s business requirements. Develop automation applications, configure scripts, design and implement workflow platforms in order to automate a process.
2. Support consistent architecture standards and re-use across automation solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to automation team member in the development and troubleshooting of automation solution.
3. Working within project constraints, assist with the planning and execution of assigned division level projects by managing risks, issues, and changes while providing timely status updates and improvement suggestions to Technology management.
4. Lead the research, investigation, evaluation, and prototype development of further capabilities to unlock more automation and innovation opportunities within SDU. Share with team periodically automation technical knowledge, expertise, tools, and best practices. Coordinate automation capability development between the Productivity Accelerator and Development teams.
5. Maintain and adapt existing automation applications as part of a structured change control process. Be responsible for bug fixing, feature/module enhancements, and provide SDU and Productivity Accelerator Team member with technology support. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automation technologies, and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

任职资格:

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience within a software development team
3. Very experienced knowledge of current software development methodologies and languages (C#)
4. Experience with basic to intermediate development or scripting skills is strongly preferred (UiPath, WinAutomation, Decisions.com, etc.)
5. Strong debugging skills
6. Ability to imagine automated solutions and understand a potential future-state process and system design.
7. Capable to design workflows with the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram as well as to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
8. Appreciation for development methodologies and best practices (e.g., iterative agile methodologies, change control, source control, project management)
9. Can follow a structured and methodical problem solving approach, combined with critical and creative thinking
10. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
11. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and manage internal client stakeholders effectively
12. Good verbal and written English skills (English Level 2 Written and Level 1 Oral)
