职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Plays a key role in projects, as a lead, project manager, or critical designer.
2.Leads projects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and staffs are working together effectively.
3.Design precisely according to the requirement of the project.
4.Serves as expert in technical design to the project, but generally works through staff to develop and execute design.
5.Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.
6.Manages the presentation and report towards clients.
7.Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.
8.Leads marketing efforts to current clients and is instrumental in identifying and attracting new clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required; Master degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning, Urban Design, Nature Resource or Architecture is preferred.
2. 7 years or above experiences in a landscape designer role, overseas work experience is preferred.
3. Proven experience successfully managing teams; also is well regarded by peers and supervisors.
4. Strong client management skills.
5. Strong financial and budget management skills.
6. Proven track record in successfully securing new work as well as maintaining existing contracts.
7. Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.
8. Experience working in sustainable design and green infrastructure are preferred.
9. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
10. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages. 举报 分享
