Mission of function

- Projectmanagement Assistant for ASAP business in order to handle the projects in time, in quality and within the calculated budget. Support of the overall PM for Turnkey Projects.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Management and technical interfaces by HQ Germany/Customers and Suppliers

Task

1. Project management for solution business projects Assembly Shop/End of Line and Engine.

2. Localization of SS3 business within automotive projects.

3.Risk&Opportunity Management.

4.Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assesses all risk factors utilizing available.

5.Identifies and minimizes non-conformance costs.

6.Throughout project life cycle identifies, assesses, and implements all opportunities for improving results.

7.Negotiates with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporates them into contracts.

8.Holds regular project status meetings and organizes acceptance of milestone attainment; prepares necessary documents (e.g. concurrent costing).

9. Manages acceptance of delivery units and services, performing quality controls.

10. Organizes customer acceptance tests and final project handover to contract partner(s).

11.Initiates invoicing according to project progress.

12.Plans (in local purchasing) the procurement strategy with the business coordinator and Group/Regional purchasing.

13.Parnter Management Involves qualified subcontractors/partners in a timely manner Selects subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria.

Knowledge

1.Electrical and mechanical basic knowledge for automobile industry.

2.Knowledge of the Automobile Manufactory and pneumatic systems.

3. Fluent English speaking.

Experience

- more than 5 years related experience.

Education and Language

1.Bachelor Degree.
