Responsibilities:

1. In order to achieve the project target, manage the projects according to company regulations and requirements, maximize the project profit and customer satisfaction.

2. Clear and professional manage contract to assure project success, specially change & claim management and risk management.

3. Regular project controlling creates transparency, prevents unpleasant risks, and acts quickly to counteract crisis situations.

4. Lead, organize and manage project team to complete project successfully, obtain enough human resource, track team member performance and resolve personnel issues to enhance project performance.

5. Determining what to purchase or acquire and determining when and how. Choose qualified and potential supplier and subcontractor, subcontract management.

6. Organize and guide the sub-suppliers to finish the electrical installation works. Ensure the installation quality

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Automation or related subject

2. More than 2 years working experience in engineering of automation project (PLC, network, driver etc.)

3. At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry,

4. Good team player

5. Good command of English; know German is better
