职位描述：
岗位职责/Responsibility:
1、 在主管的带领下定期完成技术支持工作，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
To fulfill the quantified technical support task periodically under the superior's direction and supervision and to handle and settle the tasks for which he/she is responsible independently;
2、 负责产品的售前支持、方案编写、产品演示；
To be in charge of the before-sales support, solution preparation and products presentations;
3、 组织/参与培训用户，提供现场指导等售后技术支持工作；
To Organize / participate in training the users and to provide such after-sales technical supports as offering on-the-spot instructions;
4、 配合销售做好产品市场推广；
To assist the sales staff in the products marketing;
5、 技术应用的推广、培训。
To conduct the marketing and trainings concerning the technical applications.
任职要求/Requirements:
1、 大学本科或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业；
BS degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or relative.
2、 1年以上CAD/CAM系统应用，技术支持经验；
At least 2 years experience in CAD/CAM system application or technical support;
3、 有SolidWorks软件应用经验者优先考虑；
With experience of SolidWorks’ software application preferred.
4、 良好的表达能力与沟通能力，较强的团队精神；
With good expression and communication ability, and strong team spirit
5、良好的英文读写能力；
With English reading and writing skill;
6、 能适应经常出差。
