岗位职责:

1、教授学员沃尔得英语学习方法，对学生进行专业性的学习指导，建立和保管学生档案；

2、处理学生投诉，收集学生的反馈信息；

3、辅导相应级别的课程并给予学生有效的学习建议，督促学员学习，达到要求的进度指标；

4、负责语言自习区的教学管理，解答学员在自习时出现的问题；

5、协助销售部门促进新老学员的续费和转介绍；

6、负责包括课外活动在内的中心各项教学活动。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、英语六级或专业四级以上水平，口语流利、发音标准,有英语及相关行业工作经验优先；

3、具有较强的责任心、团队意识及服务意识，良好的沟通、组织和管理能力；

4、热爱教育行业，乐观开朗，具有良好的自我挑战意识和压力情绪管理能力。
