职位描述：
1. Collaboration with Plant Manager for defining the strategy of the plant towards WCM implementation (Route Map) according to plant targets.
2. Guide all Pillar Leaders for definition of specific strategy (Master Plan, Expansion plan) according to general strategy of the plant.
3. Develop the correct interaction among Pillars for assuring the coherence and homogeneity of the actions.
4. Relation with CNH WCM organization for information of plans and targets, coordination of activities.
5. Assure the access of all Pillars to information and knowledge documentation in CNH organization.
6. Promote the WCM culture across the organization, focusing on the knowledge and skill gaps.
7. Implement systems for the management, follow up and control of WCM development. KPI management.
8. Along with Cost Deployment Leader, provide complete information for IWB, specifically on CWCM and CWCMDET pages.
9. Along with Plant Manager, define and implement activities for the development of Managerial Pillars and managerial targets.
10.WCM area budget management.
11.WCM Audit preparation.
12.FI Pillar Leader: identify the priorities in terms of people safety, product and process quality, and manufacturing costs. Provide the necessary knowledge to employees in order to attack these priorities. Follow up the quality and the results of the problem solving activities.
13.FI Pillar Leader: develop highly skilled engineers for the problem solving activities. Measure their development. 举报 分享
