2、参与项目核心模块的开发和维护；
3、参与项目的需求分析和技术讨论。
任职要求：
1、本科或硕士以上学历，有两年以上的实际项目开发经验；
2、熟悉掌握C++或C#，有良好的编程习惯；
3、熟悉Windows平台开发，包括多线程，线程/进程同步，多线程，指针等；
4、对面向对象设计要有较好的了解
Software Design Engineer (vendor position)
Microsoft Asia Center for Hardware (MACH) located in Shenzhen, China, is a fast growing team in supporting Microsoft Hardware businesses. MACH consists of teams responsible for hardware product design, development and manufacturing management including PC accessory and Surface accessory.
MACH Surface software team is looking for an experienced Software Design Engineer. As a SDE, you will work on product feature development including design, review, coding, unit testing, debugging and spec writing. The individual will work closely with testers and PMs to define and implement products and features. This job will involve writing software for Microsoft’s PC accessory and Surface accessory.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
? 2+ years experience in industry utilizing C++ and object oriented programming
? Or 2+ years experience in industry utilizing C# and modern frameworks (MVVM, XAML, WinRT)
? Strong at Windows Programing
? Quick learning skills on evolving set of technologies
? Passion for developing great software
? A proven track record of designing, developing, and shipping bug-free, maintainable application software
? Solid problem solving and debugging skills
? Exceptionally strong sense of ownership for quality work product
? Excellent cross group collaboration skills and team working with worldwide teams
? Excellent communication skills
? Good written communication skills in English
? SW development experience on Android or iOS pluses
? Experience with Agile development practices, WPF, .NET, SDK/WDK, COM, ATL, STL, XML, HID, USB, driver all pluses
