1, Well preparation of monthly ordering according to the forcast and firm order
2, Good timetable for non-scheduled sourcing of office consumable products
3, Assist in initial purchasing activities including RFQs (Request for Quotations) distribution, quotations collection and costs summary or comparison for MRO products
4, Timely review of the cost and cost-down implementation
5,Database management to keep purchasing& logistics and supply information update;
6,Assit preapre contract which related to all purchasing activities.
7,Closely follow financial department regarding all topics for supplier payment, invoices and investment plan.
8, Provide professional support to purchasing manager to ensure the smooth running of Purchasing business running in China职位要求：
1.junior college or above
2.at least 2 years in sourcing department, industrial field is preferrable，automotive industries
3.good at office,especially for powerpoint , excel and word
4. will to take challenge and work under pressure.
5. good communication skill, passionate,humble and hands-on
