? 熟悉合同审核流程，做好销售团队support工作
? 准确及时地把客户订单输入Oracle系统
? 安排仓库发货，并跟踪货物运输情况
? 及时向客户和销售反馈订单处理进度和发货情况
? 及时把客户的需求反馈给销售人员和物流、计划部门
? 销售预测跟进
? 报表汇总分析（Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report）
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? 大专或本科以上学历
? 2-4年客户服务或销售助理工作经验
? 大学英语4级以上，能熟练使用常用办公软件，善于与人沟通，思维敏捷，性格开朗，对人热情，富有耐心。
? 做事一丝不苟，责任心极强
? 能够熟练使用EXCEL的各项功能
