GENERAL SUMMARY
This position manages the planning and procurement function of all production components.
Responsible for raw material forecast analysis together with customer service coordinator
? Review MRP timely and work out raw material planning
? Issue raw material purchase order and follow up these order in order to achieve high on time delivery rate from vendor
? Solve delivery issue and quality issue with relevant department to ensure on time delivery to MPS.
? Other task required by leader
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics, Business or related field.
? Previous experience in automotive components (particularly stampings and castings, longer than 2- year at least) buying Experience required.
? CPM a plus.
REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING OR OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Be able to communicate in English
? Good root cause analysis skills.
? Manufacturing capability skills.
? Understanding of quality systems.
? Excellent personal computer skills.
