职位描述：
工作职责：
1、接听客户，经销商来电，处理政策，咨询，查询，抱怨，等售后方面问题；
2、为经销商和客户提供基本的电话技术支持；
3、电话回访，通知并确认维修机和定制机相关事宜；
4、处理客户要求到相关部门,并进行跟踪反馈；
5、收集记录客户资料及FAQ；
6、上司布置的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、1年以上客服工作经验，电子类客服工作经验优先；
3、能熟练使用各项OFFICE操作软件；
4、良好的英语听说写能力；
5、标准流利的普通话。
