Job Descirption:
1. Draw up detailed project plans according to the NPP(New Product Proposal).
2. In charge with the whole process of IC Design->Tape-out->WaferOut->Package->Test->...Stocking Samples,and the implementation and quality control of Driver Schedule.
3. Responsible for leading and push new project run.
4. Provide the assessment for the change, which impact the product quality, and provide the professional support to other function team.
5. Manage the engineering activities during new product development including product definition, performance characterization, qualification, and release to production.
6. According to the project operation status, decide how to dispose of the juedgement, analysis, and reporting on the real-time situation, propose solutions, tracking the implementation of the results and make a final judgement.
7. Internal communication.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, electronical related professionals.
2. More than 3 Years IC semiconductor product or manufacturing experience.
3. Initiative, good responsibility sense and professionalism, logical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
4. Good extenal and internal communication skills.
