职位描述：
Job Objective:

This role is responsible for increasing EPLAN market share in assigned region, to meet sales quota and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new customer relationship and generate potential business needs as required
- Establish the relationship with targeted vertical customers, and increase EPLAN market share in the targeted vertical.
- Drive the achievement of revenue and profitability targets in the assigned vertical.
- Focus on strategic and key accounts in assigned territory and close the deal.
- Understand customer needs and drive EPLAN solution into the targeted customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and service team in maintaining relationship for installed base account , and increase the continues services revenue.
- Meet the minimum cold call target every day to build up a health pipeline.
- Develop new customer relationship and generate potential business needs in assigned territory

Key Competences:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 3 years or more experience in Electrical, Automation, Process and instrument and IT industry.
- Wide and deep understanding of sales & marketing knowledge.
- Adapting to changes
