1. 销售订单处理；
2. 同地区销售日常沟通；
3. 处理经销商和客户的抱怨或业务要求；
4. 同相关联部门(技术支持,物料,呼叫中心,维修定制部,仓库等)日常沟通,处理业务问题(发货,
退换货,客户抱怨,流程优化等)；
5. 相关月工作报表;
6. 库房管理.
任职要求
1. 中专及以上学历；
2. 2-3年以上客服工作经验，产品销售客服工作经验优先；
3. 能熟练使用各项OFFICE操作软件；
4. 良好的英语听说写能力 (CET-4)；
5. 标准流利的普通话。
