Work tasks – Job Description:


? Complete the shipment of domestic customers in line with customer needs, including booking truck, preparing documents in system, post label and so on.
? Preparing and checking the customs documents for import and export goods.
? Making records for import and export goods, collecting declaration documents.
? Filling in receipt / operating in the SAP system to do the storage of the raw material, printing storage lists, noticing QA the incoming inspection.
? Management of stock in and out, collection of storage lists and requisition
? Manage the returnable packaging which belong to customer
? Taking material out of warehouse to workshop according to FIFO
? Responsible for warehouse inventory and quantity checking
? Other work assigned by department manager.

                         
Required Education & Experiences:


? College degree or above.
? Fluency English, both in written and oral.
? Be familiar with SAP.
? Being familiar with Microsoft office, outlook, and other office software.
? Above three years of relevant domestic and international shipping and warehouse management experience.
? Have the experience with ISO / TS / IATF 16949 will be preferred. 举报 分享
