职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Daily communication with clients via mail, phone etc;
Handle requests from clients and assign work to team;
Mentor team to fulfil requests on time
Requirment :
Soft Skills
1） Good Japanese&Mandarin communication skills in verbal as well as written. Multilanguage is preferred；
2） Has the ability to read and understand English requirement materials；
3） Critical in Problem Solving / Decision Making (ability to make decisions / troubleshooting skills & approach)；
4） Advanced negotiation ability, quick speed of execution and commitment to deadlines with high quality performance；
5） Great leadership and Teamwork (Effectiveness of individual in a team play environment)；
6） Advanced Communications skills (Ability to express him/herself, ideas and views clearly in the desired business language)；
7） Have flexibility and be open to adjust under challenges；
Foundational Technical Skills
1） N1 or equivalent；
2） Preferably has experience in web production (Knowledge of web content management system, web standards, architectures and analysis)；
3） Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint；
Business Skills/Knowledge
1） Good understanding of CRM；
2） Analytical ability to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback for continuous improvement.；
Qualifications
1） College degree above or equivalent；
2） 3 years work experiences are required,at least has 2 years Web operation experiences；
3） Quick learner；
4） Good logical thinking；
5） Good ownership on routine works
工作时间：9:00-18:00
